The UWA MBA Pathway Program enables AIM PGDGM graduates to seamlessly transition into Year 2 of the UWA Global Online MBA. Designed for professionals seeking an accelerated route to a globally recognised MBA, this pathway builds on your existing management knowledge and expertise. After completing the 3-month Bridge Program, participants gain direct entry into the advanced curriculum of the UWA MBA. The pathway includes four capstone projects and two assignments, with an estimated weekly learning effort of 4–5 hours, ensuring a balanced yet immersive experience for working executives.
The 3-month Bridge Program prepares participants for the academic, analytical, and leadership rigor of the UWA MBA. Through a combination of capstone projects, applied assignments, case studies, and industry tasks, learners engage in hands-on, integrative, and multidisciplinary work across strategy, finance, and operations. The program encourages critical thinking, evidence-based problem-solving, and cross-functional understanding while practicing collaboration and leadership through team-based projects. Frequent deadlines and structured feedback help sharpen time management, adaptability, and continuous improvement—ensuring participants are fully prepared for the demands of MBA-level study.
By completing the pathway, participants develop key competencies required for advanced management roles, including strategic thinking, research skills, data analysis, structured problem-solving, effective communication, collaboration, and leadership. The program’s applied learning approach strengthens decision-making abilities while enhancing time management, adaptability, and professional discipline. Graduates enter Year 2 of the UWA Global Online MBA fully equipped for academic success and positioned for senior leadership, managerial growth, and long-term career advancement.

Note: There will be 5-6 weeks gap after completion of the bridge component and start of UWA Year 2.
The second year of the UWA Global MBA program offers an advanced curriculum designed to provide participants with the strategic, analytical, and leadership skills required to excel in global business environments. It consists of six core modules: Business Strategy, Organisational Change and Transformation, Marketing, Managerial Finance, Managerial Economics, and Leadership in Organisation. Enrollment in the pathway to UWA Global MBA program begins with the completion of the AIM PGDGM program, a qualification that forms the foundation for this pathway. Upon successful completion of the bridge program, participants gain advanced entry into the second year of the UWA Global MBA, a 12-month program that concludes with the awarding of an internationally recognized MBA degree. Successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in General Management or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).
Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ Company/ Industry/ Educational and/ Government, Autonomous Organisations post-graduation as at the Programme start date
